1. “Three Guarantees” service (Repair, Replacement and Return) is adopted for the sold products.
(1) Repair: Warranty periods for different products are as follows: three years for high-class product; two years for medium-class product; one year for low-class product. During the warranty period, service charges such as maintenance fee, cost of material, transport charge is free.
(2) Replacement: Within 180 days from the date of purchasing the commodity, if the same product with repairable problem fails to meet the quality standard of acceptable product after two repairs, it shall be replaced with an acceptable product. The warranty period of the replaced product shall be calculated from the date of replacement.
(3) Return: Within 90 days from the date of purchasing the commodity, if the same product has serious quality problems such as the hazardous substance values exceeding the standard that may endanger the consumer’s safety or health; or the same product with general quality problems fail to meet the standard of acceptable product after replacement; or the same product cannot be replaced during the agreed period; or the same product is unqualified through examination; or otherwise agreed by the contract to return the product and money, the product shall be returned. When the product is returned, the money shall be returned to the customer at the original purchasing price.
2. Other terms
(1) Free maintenance service shall not include the maintenance of fault or damage caused to the product by negligence, carelessness or failure to treat the product accordingly, or the product rebuilt or modified by the customer and lost parts.
(2) Any damage caused due to the maintenance, modification or alteration by the person unauthorized shall not be included in this term of service.
